Aramark UK is looking to hire an experienced Shift Manager to join the team on a full time and permanent basis on site at the Harry Potter Studio, WD25 7LP.

A day in the life of a Shift Manager:
* Continually driving customer service standards, resolving issues before they arrive
* Support all service aspects of Studio Tour, Hospitality and Events
* Be able to lead, coach, develop and motivate the team to achieve our targets
* Be organised and able to prioritise tasks, setting clear targets for team leaders to support you run a successful shift
* Be confident in decision making, giving feedback and a performance management
* Profit and Loss - Stock control, ordering, rotation, wastage control, GP
* Adhering to and enforcing all aspects of Food safety and Health& Safety
You'll be set up for success if you have:
* Minimum 1 years relevant experience in the same capacity
* High level of energy, positivity and resilience coupled with working at pace and high volume.
* Extensive experience in managing and developing large teams
* Excellent time management, highly adaptable, naturally positive.
* Minimum qualification of Food Safety Level 2
