About the role
Vision for Education are currently recruiting on behalf of a Primary School in Doncaster. We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to start a temporary requirement from September. The school require the right candidate to be able to;
1. Have excellent communication skills with children, parents and other staff members
2. Be able to work on a whole class basis as well as working with children 1:1
3. Be enthusiastic, passionate and confident to help children to succeed in their next steps of learning.
4. Have experience of supporting children with SEN.
About the school
The school is part of a large multi-academy trust and provides education for children aged 3-11 years old. The school is a two-form entry school and currently has 280 pupils on role. The school was recently inspected by Ofsted and were ‘’Good’’ in all areas.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant you will:
5. Experience of working with primary school aged children
6. Experience of working with pupils with SEND
7. A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
8. An ability to work as part of a team
9. Be adaptable, flexible, and punctual
10. Experienced and confident with the phonic programme – Read, Write, Inc

Salary
£17,000 to £21,000 per year
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
11. Hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Childcare.
