As a Sustainability Consultant you will play a crucial role in our team, working on diverse commercial property instructions across various asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:
* We have a varied client list, ranging from UHNWI’s to institutional investors, and we work with both owners and occupiers. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of project and professional work including:
* Energy Assessments & Recommendations. (Energy modelling with the ability to advise on building upgrade options, impact on EPC and produce recommendation reports, draft & final EPC’s).
* EPC Assessments.
* NET ZERO Roadmaps & Recommendations.
* ESG Accreditations (happy to fund and support further qualifications)
* Site Surveys.
* Project Management & Monitoring.
* Client management.

The Person:
* Qualified or working towards - Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA) or CIBSE Certified Low Carbon Energy Assessor (LCEA)Full working knowledge of relevant software.
* A passion for de-carbonisation and working towards NET ZERO.
* Any other ESG linked accreditations would be welcomed (but not essential).
* Excel & POWER BI skills would be welcomed.
* Team player with the ability to work independently.
* Effective communicator both verbally and in writing.
* Driven and ambitious to achieve.
* Ability to tailor approach to suit a range of clients and stakeholders.
* Accurate with high attention to detail.
* A working interest in sustainability.
* Good time management.
