The Assembly Operator is responsible for assembly and testing of Last Chance Filter elements using engineering drawings and job packets. You will be expected to follow company safety guidelines. You will be responsible for the quality of your own work and for meeting and recording productivity targets. Local training will be provided. Responsibilities
* Operate equipment in a continuous production/processing operation while monitoring meters, gauges, and other associated tools to ensure adherence to production/process specifications
* Follow engineering drawings, SOPs, and similar procedures
* Troubleshoot and assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts/components, and/or electrical/electronic systems to make sub‑assemblies and assemblies using miscellaneous tools
Essential Requirements
* High levels of dexterity, coupled with excellent practical skills
* Ability to read & understand engineering drawings and focus for periods of time on work in hand
* Ability to operate equipment in a continuous production/processing operation
Preferred Experience
* Manufacturing processes, preferably having worked in a production environment previously
* Undertaking rotating shift work patterns
