Job Overview
We are recruiting for class 2 drivers for our customer.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering home improvement products on behalf of the UK's largest DIY retailer to private households with a drivers mate, so good customer service skills are essential.
Shift - Tuesday to Saturday
Start times from 0500am/0600am
you will be required to attend an assessment for the position
Duties
* Experience in class 2 driving
* Heavy Lifting will be involved
* Use of handheld scanners
* Work as a 2 man crew
* Transport goods to designated locations across the UK.
* Conduct Vehicle checks to ensure safety and functionality.
* Maintain accurate logs and documentation as required.
* Communicate effectively with relevant departments
Qualifications
* Valid class 2 licence with a Minimum of 1 year experience
* Must be over 25 years
* Valid Digital Tacho Card
* Valid CPC Card
* No more than 6 points - No BA, CD40-90, DD, IN10, or DR/DG please
* Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
