The Opportunity
As we continue our rapid growth across EMEA, we’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Solution Consultant – Healthcare & Life Sciences who is passionate about leveraging technology to allow our customers to achieve their goals — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth consultancy environment and wants to play a key role in shaping Ignyto’s next phase of expansion.
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Solution Consultant or Architect with deep expertise in Healthcare & Life Sciences. You will lead world-class Salesforce implementations — including Health Cloud — and own the solution from discovery through to go-live. This includes running workshops, shaping architecture, designing end-to-end solutions, and ensuring our customers receive an exceptional delivery experience with measurable business impact.
You will also play a key role in pre-sales, partnering with our sales team and Salesforce Account Executives to influence decision-makers, define solution vision, and bring industry credibility into the room.
This role is ideal for a strong communicator and problem-solver who combines technical excellence, industry knowledge, and consulting presence to build trust, drive transformation, and deliver referenceable success for every customer.

Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery (70%)
* Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution delivery (Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
* Run discovery sessions, client workshops, and solution design engagements
* Produce high-quality deliverables including solution designs, data models, user stories, security and integration designs
* Align solutions to healthcare workflows and compliance requirements (GDPR, PHI/PII, audit, access control)
* Provide technical leadership and support to the delivery team to ensure quality outcomes
* Manage solution risks, assumptions, dependencies, and scope boundaries to prevent overruns
* Support testing, training, deployment and post-go-live stabilisation
* Ensure every project delivers measurable value and becomes a referenceable success story
Pre-Sales (30%)
* Support selected strategic opportunities with discovery, demo preparation, and solution visioning
* Shape compelling architecture narratives for target customers
* Present confidently to clinical, operational, business and IT stakeholders
* Provide LOE guidance, solution fit insight, and SOW input to the sales team
* Bring credibility, clarity, and depth that strengthens the value proposition and accelerates deal closure
Required Skills & Experience
* 6–10+ years of Salesforce delivery experience (Senior Consultant to Architect level)
* Proven experience delivering HLS-focused solutions
* Strong understanding of healthcare or financial services workflows (e.g., referral management, care coordination, patient engagement, contact centre operations, scheduling, and integration with EHR/clinical systems)
* Strong solution design and HLD documentation capability
* Excellent communication, workshop, and demo skills
* Consulting experience in a customer-facing role is essential
* Preferred Salesforce certifications: Health Cloud Accredited, Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant (or equivalent experience)
