The Events and Experiences team is part of the broader Global Communications organization, responsible for crafting high‑impact visual storytelling that connects with internal and external audiences. We create elevated, brand‑aligned design solutions that support executive communications, strategic initiatives, and global events.
As a Senior Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the visual language of our communications. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver polished, compelling 2D design work—from executive presentations and infographics to event collateral and digital assets. Your work will help bring clarity, creativity, and consistency to our most visible communications.
In this role, you will:
* Design and refine executive‑level presentations (Keynote/PowerPoint) with a high degree of polish, clarity, and creativity
* Create reports, press releases, and infographics that communicate data and narratives in a visually engaging way
* Support 2D event design, including signage, digital assets, and presentation elements
* Collaborate with project leads, producers, and stakeholders to translate business messages into elevated visual storytelling
* Work across multiple projects simultaneously, balancing quick‑turn needs with more strategic assignments
* Ensure consistency with brand guidelines while bringing fresh, elevated design thinking to every project
Experience and Qualifications:
* You have 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally in both agency and in‑house environments
* You have a portfolio that demonstrates refined taste, visual storytelling ability, and mastery of presentation design
* Expert‑level skills in Keynote and PowerPoint, clearly reflected in your portfolio work
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma also required
* You have experience designing for brands with high creative standards; motion design knowledge is a plus
* You have a sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
* You are a strong communicator and collaborator—you present work clearly and take feedback constructively
* You consistently deliver high‑quality work under tight timelines
* A passion for crafting beautiful, functional 2D design that elevates words into highly engaging visual storytelling
* Curiosity and adaptability—you thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment
