The Analyst works collaboratively across departments to manage the impact of changes, reduce service disruption, and maintain high levels of system performance.

Why Join Us?

At Winn Group, we're more than a business. We're a driving force in the North East, delivering nationwide accident management and rehabilitation services for victims of non-fault accidents. Our mission is simple: to be the best one-stop shop for accident management and rehabilitation.

Join us and be a part of a team that upholds values such as Integrity, Respect, Loyalty, and Reliability and prioritises your success, wellbeing, and fosters your growth.

Responsibilities

* As a Business Analyst, you will act as the primary point of contact for the IT change management process, overseeing and coordinating all change requests and ensuring they follow established protocols.

* Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all change requests, approvals, implementations, and post-implementation reviews to ensure audit readiness.
* Regularly assess and improve change management processes to increase efficiency and reduce the frequency and impact of failed changes.
* Organise Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings by setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on any action items. They will ensure all necessary team members are informed about upcoming changes and given the opportunity to provide feedback.
* Work closely with IT, operations, and relevant department heads to coordinate change approvals and maintain effective communication throughout the change lifecycle.

What We Offer

* Competitive salary: Up to £40,000 based on 35 hours per week
* Generous Holiday Package: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, an additional birthday holiday, and options to buy or sell holidays
