Duties:
13. Oversee the daily operations of the Service department, managing productivity, efficiency and workflow
14. Lead, coach and develop a multi-disciplined team, including Technicians and Service Advisors, while ensuring excellent customer service
15. Drive service department targets and commercial performance, working closely with the wider business to maintain profitability
16. Take responsibility for departmental financials, compliance and consistent customer satisfaction
17. Maintain a positive, professional team culture and ensure clear expectations, ownership and continuous improvement
18. Represent manufacturer and industry standards in day-to-day practices, ensuring processes and requirements are met
Requirements:
19. Proven experience in a senior Aftersales or Service Management role, with strong Service operations knowledge
20. Confident people leader with the ability to manage a large and diverse team and set clear standards
21. Strong customer service mindset, with analytical skills to monitor performance and drive improvements
22. Demonstrable understanding of compliance requirements and manufacturer standards
23. A proactive, hands-on approach with pride in delivering both results and a supportive workplace
24. Based in or able to commute to Letchworth, Hertfordshire
