This exciting role within Channel 4’s Corporate Brand team involves producing exceptional and impactful creative work that helps Channel 4 successfully engage and communicate with a wide range of political, corporate, and industry stakeholders.
This role encompasses various design needs, including stakeholder communications, corporate social media, print and digital assets for events, and providing design support for the corporate brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Design a wide range of corporate communications documents, including reports, presentations, one-pagers, and booklets
* Create highly engaging social media assets for corporate social channels
* Deliver a wide range of assets that support the Events and Engagement team
* Support Channel 4’s Executive team with internal and external corporate design projects
* Develop a suite of templates in Channel 4’s corporate brand for the wider department
* Project manage design projects, working with cross-functional teams to meet requirements and deadlines
* Ensure designs are fully accessible and inclusive/representative
* Establish strong working relationships with Channel 4’s creative departments (4creative, 4Studio, and Internal Comms)
* Regularly work with external design stakeholders (printers, agencies, studios) and provide guidance to ensure on-brand, high-standard design work
* Act as a brand guardian, ensuring adherence to Channel 4’s corporate guidelines

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
* A portfolio showcasing a strong level of conceptual thinking and design craft
* Excellent typographic and layout skills with a meticulous eye for detail
* Proven experience applying brands digitally and in print
* Solid understanding of print production techniques
* Ability to work directly with external partners and manage relationships effectively
* Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Skilled in executing designs in PowerPoint
* Organised with great time management skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Experience with both large and small projects, with a keen interest in branding
* Attentive to feedback and able to respond positively
* Confidently present work in a clear and engaging manner
* Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude
* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments

Hybrid working
From September 2023, C4 has operated a 60/40 working pattern, equating to three office days per week. This arrangement aims to foster a high-performing, inclusive culture, facilitating collaboration, learning, and sharing. Employees have the flexibility to decide where they spend the rest of the working week. All offices are open five days a week.
