Role overview:
We’re a team on a mission to ensure Footpatrol is perfectly positioned to raise our profile and maximize opportunities from our organic social, community, third-party partnerships, and retail channels to drive commercial results.
Reporting to the Size? Group Marketing Lead, you will drive the creation, management, and launch of product and brand campaigns, as well as a wide variety of marketing initiatives, always delivering on time and within budget. Central to this will be the management of third-party brand partnerships. Creating these brands as our own, you will secure and maximize every partner opportunity to create campaigns that raise brand profiles and drive sales. You will use your brand management skills to advance the HIP brand by delivering innovative activations and solutions, strengthening the brand’s community links, and positioning HIP as the partner of choice for the market - leading streetwear brands.
Key responsibilities:
* Create, manage, and lead impactful integrated marketing plans across social, influencer, events, retail, product seeding, advertising (traditional and non-traditional), press, and exposure activations.
* Lead the planning and management of key brand campaigns, ensuring strong retail and online representation to increase awareness among the Footpatrol consumer.
* Ensure all activity aligns with overall business goals and amplifies the brand and marketing strategy.
* Oversee Footpatrol content creation to maintain a consistent brand personality, tone of voice, and message across all touchpoints, managing creative sign-offs.
* Actively develop third-party brand relationships and campaigns (e.g., adidas, Nike), pitching for campaign budgets and ensuring financial targets are met. Regularly assess performance against objectives and KPIs, and liaise with the Creative & Marketing Lead for improvements.
* Ensure campaigns have clear objectives and KPIs, developing plans to target the right audience through appropriate channels.
* Produce campaign reports to evaluate performance, identify learnings, and recommend future strategies.
* Develop efficient ways of working to meet KPIs and objectives, fostering continuous improvement.
* Manage campaign costs against budgets, utilizing the Coupa finance system, and work with Group Finance for budget receipt and management.
* Manage brand budgets, allocating funds across campaigns within the financial year.
* Maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and agencies.
* Keep the brand calendar updated and inform relevant departments of campaign activities.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across Retail, Digital, Social, Buying, Merchandising, and Creative teams to meet campaign objectives.
* Oversee influencer marketing, identify key local partners, explore new opportunities, and monitor performance and ROI.
* Participate in regular PDP reviews to support personal development and team morale.
Skills, experience, and knowledge required:
* Relevant experience in marketing roles.
* Degree or equivalent in brand or marketing.
* Ability to apply marketing tools and theories practically.
* Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Proven track record in managing integrated marketing campaigns, including social, retail, and influencer marketing.
* Experience in budget management and reporting.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Confidence in managing influencer contracts, fees, and relationships.
* Commercial and analytical skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Willingness to learn new skills.
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Google Slides.
* Management experience preferred.
* Interest in streetwear fashion or sneaker brands is advantageous.
* Valid driving license and passport with ability to travel within the UK and internationally.
