Finance Manager

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to act as a lead finance professional across multiple business units. You'll deliver high-quality financial and management information to senior stakeholders, while driving efficiency, strong financial controls, and continuous improvement.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, multi-company environment, ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with the business and influencing operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Produce weekly and monthly management accounts across multiple business units, including group consolidation, to tight deadlines
2. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis, providing clear insights to stakeholders
3. Lead the preparation of financial reporting packs, audit files, and liaise with external auditors
