Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you’ll have the autonomy to shape your own pipeline, meet with clients face-to-face, and develop solutions that truly meet their needs. What You’ll Do * Develop and nurture relationships with new, lapsed, and existing clients. * Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and design the right solutions. * Achieve agreed financial and activity-based targets. * Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities using the company CRM system. * Stay informed of market developments and promote new service offerings. * Support improvements to the customer journey and client experience. * Represent the company professionally at client meetings and industry events. What They’re Looking For * Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within logistics, ideally AIR / ROAD & SEA * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities. * Highly organised, self-motivated, and target driven. * Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. * A team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
