We seek a dedicated Water Softener Service Engineer to service and maintain water softeners in residential and commercial settings. Our customers are central to our mission, requiring skilled engineers who deliver exceptional service and technical expertise.
The Role
* Diagnose, maintain, and repair water softeners and related products at customer locations.
* Provide high customer service levels and ensure satisfaction.
* Manage inventory of parts and ensure adequate stock levels.
* Achieve high first-time fix rates through effective troubleshooting.
* Manage your daily schedule and workload independently.
* Complete service reports and documentation accurately.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
* Maintain company vehicle and adhere to policies.
* Work effectively with team members and independently.
Requirements
Skills Required
* Proven experience in service engineering, especially with water softeners or similar appliances.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Strong fault-finding skills for mechanical and electrical issues.
* Ability to learn new products and technologies.
* Organizational skills and effective time management.
