* Assisting children with development of early reading and early maths skills
* Encouraging development through play and exploration
* Planning and leading lessons and activities that are stimulating for children's imagination and creativity
* Creating an environment that is supportive and stimulating, allowing every child to grow at their own pace
* Feeding and personal care
* Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development
* Observing key children's progress and planning next steps
