We are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional building standards within a vibrant residential community. This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and presentation of the property while delivering an outstanding resident experience. You will play a pivotal role in managing maintenance operations, overseeing contractors, and driving service excellence across all areas of the development. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure high standards across all building areas Conduct regular site inspections and ensure issues are identified and resolved promptly Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and reactive repairs Coordinate and prioritise maintenance tasks for on-site technicians Respond to out-of-hours emergencies where required Customer Experience Deliver exceptional service to residents and stakeholders Respond to maintenance enquiries in line with agreed KPIs Monitor customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement Health & Safety Compliance Ensure full compliance with all health & safety and statutory requirements Support fire risk assessments and safety audits Monitor contractors to ensure adherence to RAMS and safety protocols Maintain accurate compliance records, including safety checks and testing Financial & Reporting Manage operational costs and support budget control Approve invoices and review supplier costs Maintain accurate reporting systems and maintenance records Contractor & Supplier Management Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and suppliers Oversee contractor performance and service delivery Support procurement of services and materials What We’re Looking For Experience & Skills Proven experience in a similar maintenance or facilities management role Background in residential property, Build-to-Rent, PBSA or hospitality environments preferred Strong knowledge of building maintenance, compliance, and health & safety standards Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Confident communicator with strong customer service focus How to Apply If you are passionate about delivering high standards, thrive in a customer-focused environment, and have the experience to lead maintenance operations effectively, we would love to hear from you.
