About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Support Practitioner. No two days are the same!
You will provide individualised support, engaging individuals with hobbies and interests to empower them to develop skills and independence.

You will have a genuine commitment to support people to live their best lives and the flexibility to work on a rota. You will be supported by an approachable management team, allowing you to expand your knowledge and develop new skills.
About Us
We are a residential service supporting people with mental health issues, physical health, and learning disabilities. We provide 24/7 support to help individuals live their best lives. Sleepover shifts, where required, include an additional £100.80 per shift on top of your £12.60/hr pay.
Role Responsibilities
* Provide support to adults with diverse needs, on a 1:1 basis or in a team.
* Support individuals within the community, engaging in hobbies, interests, and activities such as trips to the cinema, swimming, or community projects.
* Assist with personal care, ensuring comfort and wellbeing.
* Celebrate achievements and milestones to foster a positive environment.
