What Will You Learn?
As a Senior Chef Apprentice, you’ll develop leadership and operational skills, including:
* Supervising and supporting kitchen teams
* Maintaining standards, safety, and efficiency
* Contributing to menu planning, sourcing, and sustainability
* Understanding costings, stock control, and kitchen management systems
* Leading by example with a focus on quality and mentoring
This hands-on role is supported by structured learning leading to a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification, equivalent to A-Levels.
