Job Title and Location
Care Navigator at the West Highland Medical Group, based in Acharacle with travel between branch sites.
Responsibilities
* General office duties, including computer skills, filing and answering telephone calls.
* Use appointments system and process prescriptions.
* Workflow paper and electronic mail into patient medical records.
* Maintain a high level of concentration and accuracy while coping with interruptions.
* Maintain confidentiality at all times and exhibit a friendly manner.
* Work closely with the multi‑disciplinary team and play a key role in implementing Practice goals.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a General Practice is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
* Strong computer skills and ability to manage filing and telephone duties.
* Excellent concentration, accuracy and confidentiality.
* Friendly, team‑orientated attitude.
Benefits
* From 1st April 2026 the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours; part‑time hours will be adjusted pro‑rata.
* Hourly rate will increase to ensure pay remains unaffected.
