They are looking for an experienced Solicitor (England and Wales Qualified) who has a strong background in Succession Law, Wills, Trusts, Probate and Enduring Powers of Attorney. They also need someone who is willing to take on a broader leadership role as a Country Manager. This is a permanent, full-time role, offering the flexibility to work anywhere in the UK. What you’ll be doing as Solicitor: Leading the UK implementation of succession and probate services within the digital platform. Ensuring compliance with UK legal and regulatory requirements. Drafting and reviewing legal documents including wills and enduring powers of attorney. Providing expert and legal advice to clients. Collaborating with legal, operational and technology teams across Europe to align practices. Implementing innovative technology to modernise traditional legal administration. Overseeing local business operations ensuring all procedures meet SRA and HMRC standards.
