Have you worked or currently working in a busy business support/administrative role? Are you looking for a new role where you can use your skills to proactively support others to ensure the best use of time and resources? This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our DBV/SEND support team for a fixed period of twelve months.
We are looking for applicants who thrive on a challenge, can work at a fast pace, where key duties include:
1. Supporting our DBV Programme Officers with excellent organisational skills and administrative tasks;
2. Co-ordination and minuting of SEND Board Sub-group meetings including diary management and circulation of papers electronically;
3. Facilitation of SEND Panels, including agenda setting and recording of key decisions;
4. Co-ordination of data relating to SEND and DBV initiatives
This is a full time, 37 hours per week role requiring flexibility to meet demands and the ability to liaise confidently with a range of partners and stake holders.
