Job Title: Residential Practitioner - Children's Home Where you will be based: Pontefract, WK11 The Service Users: Children aged 7 to 17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Mild Learning Difficulties The Company: Size of company: Small Established Type: Private What does Progression look like: Opportunities for career advancement within the company, including roles such as Deputy Manager and Registered Manager and Regional Managers Working Week and Pay: Hours: 48 hour per week made up of 16hours x 2 of Working Hours and 8 x 2 of Sleep hours Sleeps: 2 per week Salary: £26,000 Induction: An in-depth induction, welcome program, and fully supported development opportunities. What you will need/None-Negotiables: Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Level 3 Children & Young People Workforce Diploma with social care pathway. (Level 3 Diploma in Adult social care may be considered if work experience with children can be demonstrated) Experience: Ideally experience in the Residential Children's Services sector or similar setting working with children with challenging behaviour. Driving Licence: Required Fluent in English: Speaking and also the ability to understand different UK dialects.
