Role summary:
The primary purpose of the Technical Field Service Engineer is to deliver on-site technical support across the complete range of LES sold Mitsubishi Electric products, both current and existing. On-site support is generally provided in four key areas which are commissioning, health checks, fault finding and investigative works.
Our goal is to deliver exceptional levels of customer service and to be a solutions provider in all areas of the role. The role requires a good level of technical competence, industry experience and working knowledge in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
