* Proven experience in eCommerce trading within a retail or consumer brand environment.
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving digital growth.
* Deep understanding of metrics and levers that impact online performance.
* Highly analytical; proficient with tools such as Google Analytics and Contentsquare.
* Experience with advanced merchandising platforms.
* Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels.
* Organised, resilient, and able to balance multiple priorities while remaining proactive and customer-centric.
