*Overview*We are looking to appoint two dedicated and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitors to join our busy, city centre firm. The successful candidates will play a vital role in managing property transactions, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring smooth conveyancing processes for our clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, contributing to high-quality service delivery in residential property law.*Duties** Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.* Draft and review legal documentation.* Conduct property searches and liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and clients to facilitate transactions.* Provide clear legal advice on property law, contractual obligations, and potential risks associated with transactions.* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements throughout the conveyancing process.* Maintain accurate case files and ensure all deadlines are met efficiently.* Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication.*Qualifications** Qualified Solicitor specialising in residential conveyancing.* Proven experience managing residential property transactions independently.* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favourable terms for clients.* Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to diverse client needs.* Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of service delivery.* A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
