We are looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated individual to join our team as a Workplace Experience Supervisor for a 12-month maternity cover position.
In this role, you will supervise a small, multi-functional team responsible for delivering exceptional workplace services within a corporate office environment on behalf of our client.
The team undertakes a hybrid role that includes front-of-house reception, security duties, and general workplace support, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all employees and visitors.
As Supervisor, you will work hands-on alongside your team to lead by example, maintain service excellence, and support day-to-day operations. You will be supported by a Building Manager and the wider facilities management team, fostering a collaborative and service-driven culture within the workplace.
The Role
1. Reception and front-of-house duties
2. Security duties and access control
3. Managing post and courier services
4. Meeting room set-up and support
5. Health & Safety tasks, including fire alarm response
6. Reporting incidents and maintenance issues
7. Providing support to building users and occupants
8. Licensed key and access management, including building lock/unlock procedures
