Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Labourers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various manual tasks that support our operations. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As a Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Duties
* Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
* Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas
* Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required
* Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately
* Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
* Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to management
* Steel erecting, groundworks, drainage, cladding, concreting and roofing.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
* Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
* Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
* A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory
