Your role as our Multi Trade Operative:
A varied, hands-on role including:
* First and second fix plumbing
* Repair/renew ceiling & floor joists, stud walls, partition walls, stairs, doors, skirting, handrails, flooring, and ducting
* Patch plastering
* Fitting shower trays
* Wall tiling
* Installing full bathroom suites (WC, WHB, mixer showers)
* Painting & decorating to a good standard
* Radiator installation including draining and refilling systems
What We Need from You.
* Completed recognised Apprenticeship (NVQ Level 2/3)
* Experience as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber
* Competence across joinery and/or plumbing disciplines
* Plastering skills (desirable)
* Experience in social housing (desirable)
* Full driving licence
* CSCS card, asbestos awareness, and own tools (skilled workers)
