We support individuals with disabilities, autism, brain injuries, and complex needs, putting them at the heart of our work.
Our vision is to become a leader in social care, advocating for the rights of those with disabilities and influencing sector-wide change. Our mission emphasizes seeing the person, not the limitations, and working collaboratively to fulfill their aspirations.
Our core values include People Focused, One Team, Transparency, and Ambition. We seek team players who are proud, proactive, and positive, with each member making a vital impact on individual lives.
Working for a charity offers unique benefits, such as a strong sense of purpose, social impact, a diverse and inclusive environment, skill development, community engagement, flexibility, and a positive workplace culture. Unlike profit-driven organizations, any surplus funds support the people we serve, not bonuses for directors. Additionally, charities tend to have greater job stability, with less financial risk and no dividends or stock payments.
