About the Role
An established, top-tier Legal 500 practice is seeking an experienced Commercial Debt Recoveries Solicitor to join its collaborative and award-winning Dispute Resolution team in Banbury. You will work within a supportive, family-friendly culture where employee development and client service excellence are priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a varied caseload of commercial debt recovery matters, including enforcement and pre-legal collection work.
* Advise clients on strategy and recovery prospects.
* Draft and manage court proceedings and related documentation.
* Maintain commercial relationships and contribute to business-development efforts.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the firm.
Person Specification & Skills
* Minimum three years’ experience in commercial debt recoveries.
* Strong client-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise workload, work as part of a team and exercise sound commercial judgement.
* Attention to detail, flexibility, and professional integrity.
