Role Summary
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and confident Site Administrator to support the day to day operations of our busy construction site.
This role is central to keeping the project running smoothly, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing administrative support to the site team.
Manage all site documentation, including permits, RAMS, timesheets, delivery notes, and site diaries
Coordinate site access, induction records, and visitor logs
Support the Site Manager and project team with general administrative tasks
Maintain accurate records for health & safety compliance
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and the project office
Track orders, deliveries, and material control using site systems
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and weekly updates for the management team
Assist with scheduling, booking meetings, and maintaining site calendars
Ensure the site office is well-organised and fully stocked with required materials
Requirements
Strong administrative experience (construction/site environment preferred)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confident using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Share point use.
Previous experience working on a construction or engineering project
Knowledge of document control systems (e.g.,View point / 4P)
