Position: Head/Lead Teacher
(Certification or degree/licensure in Early Childhood Education or Development and expert in Preschool/Pre‑Kindergarten development and programming)

Responsibilities
* Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for pre‑kindergarten‑aged children
* Implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
* Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space
* Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
* Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
* Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth
Qualifications
* College/University degree in a Child Development/Education‑related major
* Child Development Associates (if applicable)
* 5+ years of experience working as a Lead Preschool/Pre‑Kindergarten Teacher
* Strong leadership skills to thrive in the opening a brand‑new preschool
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Passion for nurturing and educating young children
