Globally recognised architecture practice with an award-winning portfolio of international projects is looking for a Communications Coordinator to join its London studio.
Working as part of a global marketing and communications team, this role will support the firm’s external presence through storytelling, content creation and media engagement. You will play a key role in shaping how the practice communicates its work, collaborating with designers and studio leaders to produce compelling narratives across digital platforms, awards submissions and press opportunities.
Job Description
* Produce and manage content for the studio’s website and social media channels, sharing project updates, awards, press coverage and key milestones
* Write articles, project narratives and thought leadership content for internal and external platforms
* Support the development of video scripts and other digital content
* Research relevant industry awards, track submission deadlines and assist with preparing submissions
* Work closely with design teams and studio leaders to develop engaging project stories and narratives
* Support social media campaigns promoting studio activity and industry expertise
* Assist with writing biographies and profiles for project leaders
* Monitor media coverage and support wider PR initiatives including press releases and targeted outreach
Key Skills
* 3–5 years’ experience within a communications, marketing or PR role, ideally within architecture, design or the built environment
* Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management
* Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
* Confident collaborating with teams across different studios and time zones
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign
* Graphic design, photography or videography experience would be beneficial but is not essential
