Your Role with us: Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Post-Tenancy Administrator to take full ownership of the post-tenancy process within our property management team. This is a vital role that ensures smooth transitions at the end of tenancies, with a focus on maximising claim success, managing key returns, and resolving disputes effectively. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of the post-tenancy process from check-out to deposit release. Ensure timely return and allocation of tenant keys. Arrange inspections where keys are not returned. Effective post-tenancy key management - ensuring we have the correct number of key sets in the office Upload tenant deductions and related evidence to insurers and internal systems Manage and respond to deposit disputes, pulling together appropriate documentation and evidence. Draft internal work quotes where needed to support deduction claims. Ensure understanding and compliance with regulations on claimable damages and betterment standards. Liaise with tenants and internal teams to communicate deductions clearly and professionally. Support the improvement of deposit claim success rates by refining evidence and process quality. Requirements: Proven administrative or property management experience, preferably within post-tenancy or deposit claims. Strong knowledge of tenancy deposit schemes (specifically DPS and Reposit) and understanding of betterment principles. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to handle disputes diplomatically and compile persuasive evidence. Comfortable using property management systems such as Reapit and Fixflow. What We Offer: Competitive salary above minimum wage to attract experienced candidates.
