Job Description
The Payroll Administrator will:
* Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
* Ensure compliance with relevant tax and legal regulations.
* Maintain and update payroll records and systems.
* Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
* Prepare and distribute payslips to employees.
* Support the Accounting & Finance department with payroll reporting.
* Collaborate with HR to manage employee data and benefits-related tasks.
* Assist in auditing payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
* Strong knowledge of payroll processes and systems.
* Experience in the industrial and manufacturing industry is advantageous.
