About the role
Booker Group is recruiting for an IT Analyst on a 12 month fixed term contract, this position is hands-on and requires a balance between people management, technical support, and service management. You will take ownership of escalated issues, manage workloads, and ensure all incidents and service requests are resolved in line with SLAs. You will work closely with other internal IT teams such as, Infrastructure, Networks, Service Desk.
Main Responsibilities
8. Managing mobile device administration.
9. Managing project development budgets.
10. Monitoring system KPIs.
11. Generating management information reporting.
12. Supporting delivery of the mobile device roadmap.
13. Managing equipment spares availability
You will need
14. Good understanding of mobile & tablet devices using Android & IOS operating systems.
15. Knowledge of mobile device management systems.
16. Knowledge of wholesale industry business processes useful, not essential.
17. Technical project management skills
18. Service management skills.
19. Consistent delivery of results
20. Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service equipment.
21. Desire to learn / add value / drive progress.
