As a Care Assistant, You Will
Deliver high standards of personal care such as washing, dressing, and repositioning.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
Assist with meal times and monitor fluid intake as per care plans.
Observe and report any changes in residents conditions.
Collaborate with nurses, senior carers, and healthcare professionals.
Always respect the wishes, dignity, and comfort of residents.

The Ideal Care Assistant Will Be
Caring, patient, and emotionally resilient.
A strong communicator and team player.
Reliable, flexible, and detail-oriented.
Willing to complete training in end-of-life care if not already held.
Experience in a care home or palliative care setting is desirable.
NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care or working towards it is a plus.
Completion of the Care Certificate is advantageous.
