We are working with a fantastic law firm based in Sheffield who are looking to hire Customer Service Advisor’s to work within their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and professional environment, where you’ll play a key role in moving new enquiries into instructions. Typical duties will include: * Managing incoming client enquiries and providing accurate, timely information * Building rapport and converting enquiries into formal instructions * Liaising with legal teams to ensure a smooth client handover * Maintaining up-to-date records of new enquiries and client activity * Supporting business development and client service initiatives The successful candidate will: * Have a background in customer service, sales, or professional services * Be confident communicating with clients and colleagues at all levels * Demonstrate a proven ability to convert enquiries into instructions or sales * Have strong organisational and interpersonal skills * Be professional, proactive and client-focused Previous experience within legal or professional services would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
