This role is based at our independent specialist day school, part of our Options Autism brand, supporting young people aged 8-16. Essential Criteria:
* Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy
* Valid and up-to-date professional registration and membership of a professional body (e.g., BPS)
* Experience working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs
* Experience in clinical and research report writing
* Experience supervising and supporting a therapy team
* Ability to work independently and dynamically within a growing clinical service
* Experience of multi-professional collaboration within the designated specialty (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

The Role:
We are looking for a highly specialist Lead Clinician Occupational Therapist to manage our clinical team at Skylarks School in Surrey. The post involves clinical leadership and managing a therapy caseload, delivering bespoke assessments and interventions for students with complex needs related to autism, neurodivergence, trauma, and SEMH. The role includes line management of the clinical team and leading service development in collaboration with the school's SLT and Regional Clinical Lead. Our clinical teams focus on a person-centred, empowering approach, ensuring pupils are heard, respected, and involved in decisions. Salary and Benefits:
* £50,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience
* 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
