This will include driving high volume, product led sales, increasing client engagement and retention, capturing market data and contributing / feeding back to inform campaign planning. * Monitor RoSPA’s sales mailboxes, inbound calls and Pure chat activity to effectively manage inbound enquiries, proactively converting into sales. This also includes the qualification of opportunities to increase order values and/or a strategic relationship thereby assigning it to the Regional Account Manager. * Proactively develop in depth knowledge of RoSPA’s Workplace and Water & Leisure services, features and business benefits to fulfil client led requirements and professionally upsell of the Workplace and Water & Leisure portfolio, including Membership and Awards. This may involve shadowing meetings, attending networking events and contributing to client journey / marketing activities.
