You’ll be a part of our small, dynamic team and learn the ropes of recruitment from the ground up. Starting with candidate-focused tasks, you’ll gradually build towards becoming a full Recruitment Consultant.
What will you be doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?
You'll start by getting stuck into the candidate side of recruitment, learning how to find and engage great people and support their job search – all with plenty of guidance and encouragement from the team including:
* Chatting with candidates, conducting registration interviews and writing up notes
* Searching job boards, social media, and utilising our database to find the right matches
* Sending CVs, coordinating interviews, and supporting the offer process
* Writing eye-catching job adverts and keeping in touch with candidates
* Updating inboxes and task lists to keep everything running smoothly
* Pre-screening applications booking in registrations, ensuring a full diary
* Ensuring GDPR compliance and smooth desk operations
As you grow in the role, you’ll also start building client relationships and exploring the business side of recruitment – we’ll be with you every step of the way.
Business Development:
* Maintaining and managing an up to date client database
* Building relationships with key clients
* Identifying new business opportunities
