You’ll act as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every client receives exceptional service from start to finish. The role offers a guaranteed first-year earning of £30,000, with an OTE of £35,000, alongside excellent benefits and structured support. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless aftersales experience. • Build rapport to understand customer service and repair needs. • Provide accurate estimates and timeframes, setting clear expectations. • Liaise effectively with technicians and customers throughout the process. • Schedule workshop bookings to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction. • Promote genuine parts, accessories, and additional services where appropriate. • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure efficient operations. • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. The Ideal Candidate: • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Team player with strong attention to detail. • Willingness to learn and stay up to date with product and technical information. Desirable: • Experience with leading automotive brands. • Knowledge of upselling service plans or accessories. • Full UK driving licence.
