Location: Central London, hybrid, 2 days in the office a week

My client are an award-winning, Trends and Consumer agency, who after a period of growth they are now looking to onboard another Growth Marketing and Data Manager.
They look to inspire and future-proof organizations by combining trend forecasting, consumer insight, brand strategy, and innovation. Their goal is to help their client harness market trends, adapt to evolving consumer needs, position brands for success. They work with a range of household names including; Google, L'Oréal, Westfields, Spotify and many many more!
The Growth Marketing and Data Manager will be collaborating with marketing, foresight, and strategy teams to enhance their clients understanding of reporting and analytics needs.
You will improve internal intelligence on customers and prospects, enhance data and content in client deliverables, and provide insight on marketing campaigns, lead acquisition, sales activity, and web analytics.
The ideal candidate will come with the following experience
* Experience in a similar Growth Marketing / Data position
* Experience working with B2B clients is ideal
* Agency environment experience is a must!
* Experience tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce & MixPanel
* Strong data analytics/dashboard creation
They have an office based in Central London and can offer hybrid working with 2 days in office and 3 days working from home a week. Salary-wise they can offer up to £45,000 depending on background and experience.
