Cardiff Dealership, CF11 — £29,120 pa + bonus, OTE £34,944 pa
Responsibilities
The Service Advisor role involves guiding customers through the process of servicing their vehicle, starting with initial booking of their vehicle into the workshop. Delivering high levels of customer service you will find their requirements and advise on cost, timescale, arranging courtesy cars, liaising with Technicians, keeping customers informed of their vehicle’s progress throughout the day and gaining authority for extra work and invoicing.
Requirements
* A solid track record as a dealership service advisor, service booking advisor or service receptionist is essential.
* Candidates with experience using Kerridge, ADP Autoline or CDK Drive will be prioritised.
* Occasional movement of customer and courtesy cars requires a full UK driving licence.
* Full dealership service advisor or service receptionist experience is essential.
* This role operates on full-time hours including weekends; flexible working options are available on request.
