Are you ready to transform marketing into a true commercial growth engine? As our Head of Revenue Marketing for North, South, and Eastern Europe (NSEE), you’ll drive measurable impact across pipeline creation, customer adoption, upsell campaigns, and regional profitability. Reporting directly to the SVP Sales, NSEE, you’ll be part of the regional team, leading a talented group across Demand Generation, Marketing Management, and Customer Marketing. Your role

* Define and execute a revenue marketing strategy that boosts Unite’s pipeline, customer growth, and EBIT across the NSEE region.
* Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team, uniting demand generation, lifecycle, and advocacy under one powerful framework.
* Apply the VVC framework and deliver board‑ready reporting, ensuring every campaign is measurable, compliant, and EBIT‑positive.
* Align resources for maximum commercial return, influence regional investment decisions, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
* Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Global Marketing to deliver unified, high‑impact regional campaigns and represent Unite in external networks.


Your qualifications

* Seasoned in revenue marketing; proven senior leadership experience in B2B or B2G marketing, driving growth across multiple regions.
* Builder of high‑performing teams; coached and developed teams accountable for demand generation, upsell, and customer expansion.
* Strategic and analytical thinker; translate complex data into actionable strategies, confidently influencing P&L and investment decisions.
* Master of stakeholder management; collaborate effectively across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and external partners to achieve shared goals.
* Digitally fluent and insight‑driven; leverage HubSpot, BI tools, and advanced analytics to track ROI, optimise campaigns, and ensure data compliance.
