Role Summary This role is designed for a highly autonomous, multi-functional consultant who will operate across business growth, marketing, and training delivery, with additional responsibilities in project and product management. The ideal candidate thrives in independent environments, manages multiple priorities, and contributes directly to business strategy and growth. Key Responsibilities Business Growth Understand existing markets and identify where BSI products solve core customer problems Assess new markets for product fit and development opportunities Manage the non-US growth pipeline (CRM) Conduct sales and demonstration meetings Document customer interactions, opportunities, and next steps Present opportunity pipelines and key influencing factors Communicate value propositions to stakeholders at all levels Marketing & Events Analyze and segment markets Contribute to annual marketing strategy Plan and manage conferences, demonstrations, and events Create and manage marketing content (videos, social media, web, print) Analyze marketing performance and optimize strategy Training Delivery Deliver customer training and onboarding Develop training materials (videos, guides, tutorials, documentation) Provide technical guidance and support Contribute to user documentation Project Management Manage customer and internal stakeholders Identify risks, mitigation strategies, and opportunities Ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction Product Management Capture and prioritize customer feedback Support product roadmap development Advocate for user needs Requirements Requirements Proven experience in business development, marketing, consulting, training, or related fields Experience working across multiple functional areas Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and project management capabilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused mindset with solution-oriented thinking Proficiency with CRM systems and digital collaboration tools Willingness to travel for client engagements, training, and events as needed Based in Europe (UK preferred) with legal ability to work as a contractor in country of residence Additional Information This is a consultant/contractor engagement for a Europe-based individual. Employment is not available outside the United States. UK and EU candidates will be engaged as independent contractors.
