About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, your role will involve supporting teachers and pupils across the curriculum. Your responsibilities may include:
1. Working one-on-one or in small groups with pupils to support learning
2. Assisting the classroom teacher with planning and delivery
3. Helping manage classroom behaviour
4. Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN)
5. Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:
14. Previous experience working with children or young people in any setting (school-based experience desirable but not essential)
15. A proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude
16. A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
17. Two professional references covering the last 2 years
18. A genuine passion for education and helping young people succeed
