You’ll be the first point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring smooth order progression and exceptional service. Working as part of a Territory Team with our Sales Executives, you’ll manage enquiries, process orders, building relationships with your customer base and proactively revive lapsed accounts. In this fast paced, multi-faceted role, your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will help maintain our high standards and drive operational efficiency and team targets.What You’ll Be DoingSupporting sales growth by managing and streamlining order progression and customer communications.Relationship building with Customer base.Using our CRM system (MS Dynamics) to track leads, update customer records, and monitor sales activity.Proactively contacting lapsed or underutilised accounts to unlock opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.Collaborating with Sales Executives, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.Handling customer enquiries and processing orders with precision to maintain service excellence.What We’re Looking ForYou’ll be an organized and proactive professional with a knack for sales support. We’re looking for someone who can keep the wheels turning and add value to our team by ensuring every customer interaction is top-notch.
