In this varied role, you’ll join our Senior Management Team as a Governance and Quality Lead, shaping and overseeing the approach to quality across all residential, nursing services, and day services within HCC Adults’ Health & Care. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring that everyone receiving our services experiences the best possible standards of care and support.
What you'll do:
1. Influence and shape the development of high-quality services.
2. Ensure in-house services operate in line with the overall quality strategy for the directorate.
3. Ensure robust processes are in place to address quality concerns and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Review and enhance systems for monitoring and responding to quality concerns.
5. Develop and maintain good relationships with CQC, strategic bodies, and national organizations.
6. Provide advice on best practice standards, quality assurance frameworks, remediation processes, and CQC enforcement.
What we're looking for:
* Experience and knowledge of CQC’s inspection regimes.
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
* Agile and adaptable to changing needs.
* Resilient with the ability to stay calm under pressure and manage conflicting demands.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor your style to different audiences.
