Description Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with departmental managers to create and manage budgets effectively. Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations. Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies. Assist with forecasting and long-term financial planning initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and implement efficiencies. Act as the main point of contact for audit preparation and queries.Profile A successful Finance Business Partner should have: Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA). Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
